Build a project context profile from repository evidence and maintainer input. Capture language and framework separately from runtime, package manager, database, test framework, architecture, coding conventions, security requirements, testing requirements, documentation expectations, and notes. Cite the source or mark unknown values as unknown. Avoid inferring production settings from local defaults. Ask only questions that materially affect generated instructions. Keep secrets and personal data out of the profile.
