A compact workflow for preparing a truthful pull request summary grounded in the actual diff and checks.

Read the complete diff and repository context. Draft a pull request description with: purpose, user-visible behavior, implementation outline, data or URL compatibility impact, security considerations, testing performed with exact outcomes, and known limitations. Identify the two or three areas reviewers should inspect most closely. Do not claim tests passed unless they were run and passed. Keep the summary understandable to a teammate unfamiliar with the task.
